Air Conditioning Installation in BR7 Samsung WindFree™ Single Split for a Garden Home Office

Overview

Bromley Energy completed a high-specification air conditioning installation in BR7, serving a newly built garden home office.

The objective was simple:

Deliver quiet, discreet and efficient climate control suitable for year-round use without compromising the aesthetic of the new build.

We installed a 2.5kW Samsung Climate Solutions WindFree™ wall-mounted single split system, providing both cooling and heating capability.

The Problem

The client had invested in a purpose-built garden office designed for daily professional use.

However, as with many garden buildings:

• • Summer overheating was inevitable due to glazing and insulation levels

• • Winter temperatures would fluctuate without dedicated heating

• • Portable units are noisy, inefficient and visually intrusive

The space required:

• • Consistent temperature control

• • Low noise levels for calls and meetings

• • A clean, modern finish

• • Energy-efficient operation

The Solution

We specified a 2.5kW Samsung WindFree™ single split system, ideal for smaller insulated spaces such as home offices.

This unit was selected because:

• • Correct output for the room size, avoiding oversizing and short cycling

Indoor Unit:

• • Adequate airflow clearance maintained

• • Fully commissioned to manufacturer standards

The system was tested for:
